Eligibility Criteria: OHPC Non-Executive (TNE) Trainee Recruitment 2025

Cut-off date for age calculation: 01 Aug 2025.

Educational Qualification & Experience (summary):

• Electrical Trainee: HSC + ITI (Electrician) or NAC (NCVT) in Electrician trade.

• Mechanical Trainee: HSC + ITI (Fitter) or NAC (NCVT) in Fitter trade.

• Welder Trainee: HSC + ITI (Welder) or NAC (NCVT).

• Crane Operator Trainee: 10th pass with valid Workman-C permit + min. 5 yrs EOT crane experience (100T+), OR ITI in relevant trade.

• Store Keeper Trainee: Commerce Graduate (B.Com) + 1-year Diploma in Computer Application (or equivalent).

• Language Requirement: All applicants must be able to read, write, and speak Odia (passed Odia as a subject at Middle/HSC or equivalent).

Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025):

• Store Keeper: 21–32 years.

• Other posts: 18–32 years.

• Age relaxation as per government / OHPC norms (SC/ST/SEBC/Women/PWD/Ex-Servicemen etc.).

Salary, Stipend & Benefits

• Training Stipend: ₹22,700 per month during the 1-year traineeship.

• On regularization: Pay Matrix ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 (initial basic ₹25,500 on regularization) plus DA, HRA, allowances and NPS coverage.

• Additional perks during training: Medical allowance and remote-area allowance where applicable.

Stage 1 — Computer Based Test (CBT): Single online exam for all applicants. (Pattern: objective MCQs covering General Aptitude and Technical subject for the specific trade.)
